PART I — GENERAL PROVISIONS
§ 1 Parties and subject matter
These General Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern participation in the AIDEAS training programme, Swiss Edition (the "Program").
The organiser of the Program, and the sole party to the contract for participation in the Program, is HR Vision Center GmbH, Gfennstrasse 23, 8600 Dübendorf, entered in the Commercial Register of the Canton of Zürich under UID no. CHE-114.470.631, e-mail: kontakt@visioncenter.ch (the "Organizer").
The Organizer is the party to the contract for participation from the moment of registration for the Program, including in respect of the free phase described in § 6.
The Program is delivered using a training platform and educational content supplied by Generator Pomysłów Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Lublin, ul. Ks. J. Popiełuszki 28D lok. 1, 20-052 Lublin, Poland, entered in the National Court Register under KRS no. 0000668963, NIP 712-333-50-78, REGON 366804663, share capital PLN 5,000.00 (the "Platform Provider").
The Platform Provider acts on behalf of the Organizer in the delivery of the Program and is not a party to the contract for participation in the Program. All claims, complaints and requests relating to the Program are addressed to the Organizer.
Use of the account on the Platform is governed by separate terms of use available at https://aideas.org/swiss/de. Those terms are concluded between the Participant and the Platform Provider and are separate from these Terms.
These Terms are published at https://aideas.org/swiss/de.
§ 2 Definitions For the purposes of these Terms:
(a) Program — the AIDEAS training programme, Swiss Edition, delivered in accordance with these Terms.
(b) Edition — a single five-week run of the Program, commencing on the date indicated in § 4(2).
(c) Participant — a natural person who has registered for the Program in accordance with § 5.
(d) Platform — the online training platform on which the Program materials, assignments, quizzes and Certificates are made available. Link: https://platforma.generatorpomyslow.pl/login.
(e) Free Phase — weeks 1 and 2 of the Edition, delivered free of charge.
(f) Paid Phase — weeks 3 to 5 of the Edition, delivered against payment of the Fee.
(g) Fee — the amount referred to in § 7(2).
(h) Access Period — the period defined in § 16.
(i) Mandatory Module — a module marked on the Platform as mandatory. Optional Module — any other module.
(j) Practical Assignment — an assignment submitted by the Participant on the Platform in connection with a module.
(k) Final Project — the team assignment prepared in the practical part of the Paid Phase (§ 9).
(l) Peer Feedback — feedback provided by one Participant on the Practical Assignment of another Participant.
(m) Canonical Version — the version of a Program material prepared by the AIDEAS (Ideas Generator) content team, which determines the scope of the Program and is the basis for assessment.
(n) Knowledge Certificate and Practical Certificate — the documents referred to in § 13 and § 14, together with the "Certificates".
(o) AI Components — the functions listed in § 18(1).
§ 3 Eligibility and territorial scope
Participation in the Program is open to natural persons who have attained the age of 18 and whose habitual residence is in Switzerland.
The Program is offered exclusively to the persons referred to in paragraph 1. The Organizer does not direct the offer of the Program to consumers habitually resident in other states.
Participation requires access to electronic means of communication and a command of English / German sufficient to follow the materials and to take part in the sessions.
Technical requirements: for the individual part — a device with internet access and a current web browser; for the practical team part (§ 9) — additionally a camera and a microphone.
§ 4 Structure and schedule of the Edition
The Edition lasts five weeks and comprises:
(a) weeks 1–2 — the Free Phase; individual work only, with no team component;
(b) weeks 3–5 — the Paid Phase; continued individual work together with the practical team part.
Schedule of the Edition: commencement (kick-off) — 19 October 2026; commencement of the Paid Phase (start of week 3) — 2 November 2026 [to be confirmed]; last day of the Edition — 22 November 2026 [to be confirmed]; closing celebration — 25 November 2026.
The "last day of the Edition" means the date indicated in paragraph 2 and is the date by which the conditions set out in § 13 must be satisfied.
The Organizer may amend the schedule for important reasons and will inform Participants by e-mail without undue delay. An amendment to the dates listed in paragraph 2 which is unfavourable to a Participant in the Paid Phase is subject to § 26.
§ 5 Registration and formation of the contract
Registration takes place by completing the form available at https://aideas-apps.com/aideas-swiss-plus/. Enrolment is open. The Organizer does not conduct a selection procedure, does not assess applications on their merits and does not refuse registration to a person satisfying the conditions in § 3.
The registration form contains a preferences survey. The data declared in the survey is used to personalise the content of the Program and to compose the teams referred to in § 9. Completion of the survey is a condition of registration. Declining personalisation does not restrict access to the Program or to any of its materials.
Before the form is submitted, the Participant is shown: a description of the technical steps leading to the conclusion of the contract, the technical means enabling the identification and correction of input errors, and these Terms.
The contract for participation in the Free Phase is concluded when the Organizer confirms the registration electronically, without undue delay. That contract is free of charge.
An account on the Platform is created at the same time and is governed by the separate terms referred to in § 1(6). The Access Period runs from the creation of the account on the Platform, and not from registration for the Program or from the commencement of the Edition (§ 16).
The contract for participation in the Paid Phase is concluded upon the crediting of the Fee in accordance with § 7(4).
PART I — FREE PHASE (WEEKS 1–2)
§ 6 Scope of the Free Phase
In weeks 1 and 2 the Participant receives, free of charge: access to the Mandatory Modules and Optional Modules provided for that phase, to the module quizzes, to the Practical Assignments and to the Peer Feedback module, together with access to the AI explanatory assistant and the AI support assistant (§ 18) and to the recorded and live sessions provided for in the schedule.
Work in the Free Phase is individual. There is no team component and no Final Project in this phase.
The Free Phase is free of charge. As no payment is made, the right of return under § 8 does not arise in respect of it.
A Participant who does not proceed to the Paid Phase retains access to the Free Phase materials until the expiry of the Access Period.
PART II — PAID PHASE (WEEKS 3–5)
§ 7 Enrolment in the Paid Phase; Fee; payment
Every Participant in the Free Phase may proceed to the Paid Phase. The Organizer does not qualify, select or admit Participants to the Paid Phase on a discretionary basis; the sole condition of participation is payment of the Fee.
The Fee is CHF 450 gross. From 1 September 2026 to 19 October 2026, the Paid Phase of the Program is available at a reduced price of CHF 390 gross.
The Fee must be credited no later than on the day on which week 3 of the Edition commences (2 November 2026) [to be confirmed]. Enrolment in the Paid Phase closes on that day.
Available payment methods: via the online payment service provider Payreex, which enables, among others, payment by credit card and TWINT. The Fee is deemed paid at the moment the amount is credited to the Organizer's account or the authorisation is confirmed by the payment operator; this moment starts the period under § 8(1). The Participant receives electronic confirmation of payment stating that date.
The Organizer issues an invoice at the Participant's request. The request, together with the invoicing details, should be sent to kontakt@visioncentre.ch.
§ 8 Right of return
The Participant may withdraw from the contract for participation in the Paid Phase within 14 calendar days of the date on which the Fee was paid (§ 7(4)), without giving any reason and without any further conditions.
This right is granted by the Organizer under these Terms. Its exercise does not require any justification and the Organizer does not examine the reasons for the withdrawal.
A declaration of withdrawal is submitted by e-mail to kontakt@visioncentre.ch, operated in English and German. The Organizer confirms receipt automatically and without undue delay, stating the date of receipt. A declaration sent to another address of the Organizer is also effective.
The Organizer refunds the full amount of the Fee within 14 days of receipt of the declaration, using the same means of payment as that used by the Participant. No handling charge, commission or other deduction is applied.
Effects of withdrawal: (a) access to the Paid Phase materials ends; (b) the Participant does not receive the Practical Certificate; (c) the Participant retains the Knowledge Certificate, provided that the conditions for its issue under § 13(1) have been satisfied; (d) the account on the Platform and access to the Free Phase materials remain until the expiry of the Access Period.
Resignation from participation submitted after the expiry of the period referred to in paragraph 1 does not give rise to a refund of the Fee. Resignation is submitted to the address indicated in paragraph 3.
§ 9 Practical team part; teams
In the Paid Phase the Participant takes part in the practical part and, together with the team, prepares the Final Project.
Teams are composed by the Organizer on the basis of the preferences declared in the survey (§ 5(2)). Participants are matched in such a way that a team is formed for every Participant.
A team comprises from 2 to 5 Participants. In justified cases, upon a declaration by the Participant, the Organizer permits the Participant to complete the practical part individually, as a single-member team.
The Organizer recommends the use of the Discord server referred to in § 20 for the purposes of team work. A team may organise its own communication space using tools of its choice. The choice of tool has no effect on the assessment or on the conditions for the issue of Certificates.
The obligations of the Participant under these Terms relate to the Participant's own contribution to the work of the team. The satisfaction of the condition in § 13(2)(g) is assessed in relation to the Participant and not to the result achieved by the team as a whole (§ 13(4)).
PART IV — ASSESSMENT AND CERTIFICATES
§ 10 Principles of assessment
Assessment in the Program takes the following forms: (a) module quizzes and the final examination — assessed automatically, on a points basis, against a closed set of correct answers; (b) Practical Assignments and the Final Project — subject solely to the formal completeness check under § 11; they are not assessed on their merits and are not assessed by any automated system; (c) Peer Feedback — an opinion of another Participant, developmental in character, which does not affect the assessment of its recipient (§ 12).
The pass threshold for each module quiz and for the final examination is 80% of correct answers. A maximum of five attempts is available for each quiz and for the final examination.
Only Mandatory Modules count towards the conditions for the issue of Certificates. Quizzes, Practical Assignments and Peer Feedback relating to Optional Modules do not create any additional obligations for the Participant and cannot result in a Certificate being withheld.
A decision to issue or to refuse a Certificate is not taken solely by automated means. Any discretionary element is decided by a person acting on behalf of the Organizer.
§ 11 Minimum diligence check
A Practical Assignment or the Final Project is deemed submitted if it satisfies the minimum formal criteria indicated in the description of the assignment on the Platform. Those criteria are published in advance, before the assignment is made available to the Participant.
Where a submitted work does not satisfy those criteria, the Organizer returns it to the Participant for completion, indicating which criterion has not been satisfied and setting a period of 7 days for completion, which may not extend beyond the last day of the Edition.
The decision to return a work for completion is taken by a person acting on behalf of the Organizer. Automated systems may only flag a work for review; they do not return works and do not block the issue of a Certificate.
The review referred to in paragraph 3 is carried out on behalf of the Organizer by the Platform Provider.
Each flagging of a work for review and each decision to return a work is recorded together with the date, the reason and the identifier of the person taking the decision.
The Participant is notified of the return of a work by e-mail and in the Platform interface.
A work returned for completion and not completed within the period referred to in paragraph 2 is not deemed submitted. The Participant may request verification of that decision under § 15.
§ 12 Peer Feedback
Practical Assignments are made available for review to other Participants of the same Edition. The allocation of works to reviewers is made by the system at random.
A work may be allocated to more than one reviewer. There is no maximum number of reviews a work may receive, and the Organizer is not able to indicate in advance which Participants will see a given work or how many times it will be reviewed.
A reviewer sees the work together with the first name and surname of its author.
Works are not published, are not made available in any gallery and cannot be browsed outside the allocation made by the system. Works are made available exclusively to Participants of the same Edition.
The Participant is required to provide at least one piece of Peer Feedback for each Practical Assignment in a Mandatory Module. The condition relates to the fact of providing feedback, and not to its quality, nor to feedback received from others. The Participant's Certificate does not depend on the conduct of other Participants.
Peer Feedback is developmental in character. It does not affect the assessment of the recipient's work, the completion of an assignment or the issue of a Certificate.
Peer Feedback shall be provided with respect for its recipient and must be constructive. It must not contain unlawful content or the personal data of third parties.
§ 13 Certificates — conditions of issue
The Knowledge Certificate (weeks 1–2) is issued to a Participant who has: (a) completed the Mandatory Modules of the Free Phase; and (b) passed the quizzes for those modules at the threshold set out in § 10(2).
The Practical Certificate (weeks 3–5) is issued to a Participant who has: (a) paid the Fee and has not withdrawn under § 8; (b) completed the Mandatory Modules of the Paid Phase; (c) passed the quizzes for those modules at the threshold set out in § 10(2); (d) passed the final examination at the threshold set out in § 10(2); (e) submitted all Practical Assignments in the Mandatory Modules, satisfying the minimum criteria (§ 11); (f) provided at least one piece of Peer Feedback for each Practical Assignment in a Mandatory Module; (g) contributed to the preparation of the team's Final Project, which has been submitted in accordance with § 11; (h) satisfied the conditions in points (b) to (g) by the last day of the Edition.
The lists set out in paragraphs 1 and 2 are exhaustive. No condition other than those set out there may be made a prerequisite for the issue of a Certificate.
The condition in paragraph 2(g) relates to the Participant's own contribution. Where the Final Project has not been submitted for reasons attributable to other members of the team, the Organizer shall, upon the request of the Participant, deem that condition satisfied where the Participant demonstrates their own contribution to the work of the team. The Organizer may also deem the conditions in paragraph 2 satisfied in other justified cases not provided for by the mechanics of the Program.
Both Certificates are issued on the closing date of the cohort, that is on 25 November 2026, after the expiry of the period referred to in § 8(1).
Certificates are issued in the name of the Participant and are not transferable.
§ 14 Certificates — form, designation and verification
Designations of the Certificates: (a) Knowledge Certificate — "Certificate of Completion — Knowledge Module" DE: "Teilnahmebestätigung — Wissensmodul"; (b) Practical Certificate — "Certificate of Completion — Practical Module" DE: "Abschlussbestätigung — Praxismodul".
The Certificates confirm completion of the relevant part of the Program and the satisfaction of the conditions set out in § 13. They do not confirm the acquisition of skills, do not constitute a professional qualification and do not constitute a federally recognised qualification within the meaning of Swiss law. Each Certificate bears a statement to that effect.
Each Certificate contains: a unique identifier, a link to the verification page, the full identification details of the Organizer and the statement referred to in paragraph 2. The Certificates are signed by the responsible signatories.
Certificates are issued in English. A German-language version is available at the Participant's request.
§ 15 Right to verification by a human
The Participant may request verification, by a person acting on behalf of the Organizer, of: (a) the result of a module quiz; (b) the result of the final examination; (c) a decision to return a work for completion under § 11.
The request is submitted within 7 days of receipt of the result or of notification of the return, using the function provided on the Platform or by e-mail to kontakt@visioncentre.ch.
The Organizer responds within 14 days.
This right does not extend to the content of Peer Feedback received, which has no effect on the Participant's result.
Every request and its resolution are recorded.
PART V — PLATFORM, TOOLS AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
§ 16 Access Period
The Access Period is 365 days from the creation of the account on the Platform.
The Access Period runs from the creation of the account, and not from registration for the Program or from the commencement of the Edition. An account may be created several weeks before the Edition begins; in that case the part of the Access Period falling after the end of the Edition is correspondingly shorter.
Registration for another programme delivered on the Platform does not extend, reset or otherwise affect the Access Period.
The Access Period is not renewed automatically. The Participant is notified of its forthcoming expiry 14 days in advance.
Upon the expiry of the Access Period, access to the Platform and to the materials ends. Certificates already issued remain valid and remain verifiable in accordance with § 14(4).
The extension of access beyond the Access Period is not governed by these Terms.
§ 17 Conformity and availability of the service
The Organizer makes the Platform and the Program materials available continuously throughout the Access Period, subject to technical breaks.
Planned technical breaks are announced at least 24 hours in advance and are carried out between 22:00 and 06:00 CET. The aggregate duration of planned breaks does not exceed 8 hours in a calendar month.
The target availability of the Platform is 98% in a calendar month, excluding planned technical breaks and causes beyond the Organizer's control.
If the Platform remains continuously unavailable for more than 24 hours, the Participant's Access Period is extended by the period of unavailability. The extension is applied automatically and does not require any request.
The Program materials are prepared in a Canonical Version developed by the AIDEAS (Ideas Generator) content team. The Canonical Version determines the scope of the Program and constitutes the basis for assessment.
The Platform makes available functions supported by artificial intelligence systems (§ 18). The responses of those functions are auxiliary in character, may contain errors and do not replace the Canonical Version of the materials. The Participant is informed of this in the interface upon first interaction.
The reservation in paragraph 6 does not limit the Organizer's liability for the conformity of the Canonical Version of the materials with the description of the Program, or for the availability of the Platform.
The Provider delivers the Program in accordance with the description, scope and learning objectives stated in the applicable Program description. The Provider may make reasonable adjustments to the structure, sequence, examples, exercises, tools or other elements of the Program where such adjustments are necessary or appropriate to ensure the quality, relevance and effective delivery of the Program, provided that the overall scope and learning objectives of the Program remain substantially unchanged.
The Organizer provides updates to the substantive materials during the Access Period. An update may not narrow the scope of the Program as determined at the time of purchase.
§ 18 Artificial intelligence components
The following components supported by artificial intelligence are used in the Program: (a) the AI explanatory assistant — supporting the Participant in understanding the materials; available from the Free Phase onwards; (b) the AI support assistant — answering day-to-day questions concerning the schedule, these Terms and the use of the Platform; (c) video materials featuring a synthetic presenter (avatar) — generated content; (d) GeneratorGPT — the application referred to in § 19; (e) the quiz and final examination engine — assessing automatically in accordance with § 10(1)(a).
Upon first interaction, the Participant is informed in the interface that they are interacting with an artificial intelligence system and not with a human being.
The video materials referred to in paragraph 1(c) are marked as generated content.
The responses of the components referred to in paragraph 1(a) and (b) are auxiliary. They do not constitute an official communication of the Organizer and do not replace the channels indicated in these Terms for withdrawal, complaints and requests concerning personal data.
The Participant should not enter into the AI Components the personal data of third parties, or data of the special categories referred to in Article 9 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and in the corresponding provisions of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection.
The information duties set out in this paragraph are applied by the Organizer voluntarily, as a single standard applied across all editions of the Program.
§ 19 GeneratorGPT and third-party tools
Exercises in the Program may be completed using GeneratorGPT or Microsoft Copilot, at the Participant's choice. The choice of tool has no effect on the ability to complete the Program or to obtain the Certificates.
GeneratorGPT is an application owned by the Platform Provider and recommended by the Organizer. It is not the only tool by means of which the Program may be completed.
Use of GeneratorGPT requires the creation of a separate account in that application. Its use is governed by the terms of use and the privacy policy of GeneratorGPT, available at https://gpt.generatorpomyslow.pl/auth/login. Those documents are concluded between the Participant and the Platform Provider and are separate from these Terms.
Access to GeneratorGPT is free of charge for a period of 2 (two) months from the activation of access that starts the moment a user registers with GeneratorGPT.
Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft Copilot Studio are the tools of a third party. The Participant obtains the relevant licences directly from that provider and pays for them at their own expense. The Organizer is not a party to any agreement between the Participant and that provider, does not answer for its prices, availability, operation or licence terms, and does not reimburse their cost. Any information concerning the cost of those tools provided by the Organizer is indicative only, is not an offer and is subject to change by that provider.
§ 20 Communication channels and Discord
Official communication between the Organizer and Participants — in particular in matters of withdrawal, complaints, requests under § 15 and personal data — takes place by e-mail at kontakt@visioncentre.ch.
The Organizer operates a Discord server supporting the community of the Program. Use of the server is voluntary and is not a condition of completing the Program or of obtaining the Certificates.
Access to the server requires acceptance of separate rules on content and moderation, made available upon entry to the server. Those rules apply in addition to these Terms.
Discord is a service of a third party. An account on that service is created on the terms of that provider.
PART VI — RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
§ 21 Rights to Program materials and to Participant content
The Program materials comprise the Canonical Versions of the modules, video recordings, quizzes and assignments, supplementary materials and content generated individually for the Participant.
The Organizer grants the Participant a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence, without the right to sublicense, limited to the Participant's own educational use, for the duration of the Access Period — to the extent that the materials constitute works within the meaning of the applicable copyright law.
To the extent that the materials do not constitute works, the Participant is bound by the obligations set out in paragraphs 4 to 6, which apply independently of copyright protection.
The Participant undertakes not to make the materials available to third parties, not to publish them, not to reproduce them beyond their own educational use, and not to use them to deliver their own training or for other commercial purposes.
The Participant undertakes not to enter the materials into artificial intelligence systems, including for the purposes of training, fine-tuning or building knowledge bases, and not to use automated means to retrieve content from the Platform.
The materials constitute a trade secret. The obligations set out in paragraphs 4 and 5 continue to apply after the expiry of the Access Period.
Rights to the content entered by the Participant — answers, Practical Assignments, the Participant's contribution to the Final Project and Peer Feedback provided to other Participants — remain with the Participant.
The Participant grants the Organizer and the Platform Provider a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the content referred to in paragraph 7 solely for the purposes of delivering the Program, carrying out assessment, issuing Certificates and making feedback available to its recipient, for the duration of the Program and for the retention period indicated in the Privacy Policy. The licence covers making a work available to the reviewers allocated by the system (§ 12) and making the content of a review available to its recipient; it does not cover making a work available to other Participants outside that allocation, or publication.
Use of the Participant's content for any other purpose, in particular in marketing, reference or training materials, requires the separate, prior consent of the Participant.
Certificates are issued in the name of the Participant and are not transferable.
§ 22 Rules of conduct and permitted use
The Participant shall observe the principles of respect and of courteous communication in all interactions within the Program, including in Peer Feedback.
It is prohibited to: share the account with other persons; access the Platform by automated means; retrieve content by automated means; circumvent technical protection measures.
It is prohibited to publish unlawful content, content infringing the rights of third parties, or the personal data of third parties without their consent.
In the event of a material breach of paragraphs 1 to 3 the Organizer may, having regard to the gravity of the breach: request that the breach cease; remove the content concerned; or terminate the contract for participation. Where a contract in respect of the Paid Phase is terminated, the Organizer refunds the part of the Fee corresponding to the unused part of the Edition, unless the breach consisted in conduct causing damage to the Organizer or to other Participants.
Inactivity of the Participant in the Program does not constitute a breach of these Terms and does not give rise to the consequences set out in paragraph 4.
§ 23 Personal data
The controller of personal data processed in connection with registration for the Program and its delivery is the Organizer. Contact in matters of personal data: kontakt@visioncentre.ch.
The Platform Provider processes that data on behalf of the Organizer, on the basis of a data processing agreement.
Personal data processed in connection with the account on the Platform is governed by the separate terms and privacy policy referred to in § 1(6).
Detailed information concerning the purposes, legal bases, recipients, transfers to third countries and retention periods is set out in the Privacy Policy, available at kontakt@visioncentre.ch.
The results of quizzes and of the final examination are determined automatically, in accordance with § 10(1)(a). The Participant has the right to request verification by a human under § 15. A decision to issue or to refuse a Certificate is not taken solely by automated means (§ 10(4)).
Data declared in the preferences survey is used to personalise the content of the Program and to compose teams. Declining personalisation does not restrict access to the Program.
PART VII — POST-PROGRAMME PHASE
§ 24 Scope of the service after the end of the Edition
After the end of the Edition, until the expiry of the Access Period, the Participant retains: (a) access to the materials of the Free Phase; (b) access to the materials of the Paid Phase — provided that the Fee has been paid and no withdrawal has been made under § 8; (c) access to the Certificates issued and to the verification page; (d) updates to the substantive materials (§ 17(9)).
The following functions are not available after the end of the Edition: live sessions, peer feedback exercises, live Q&A sessions, online integration meetings.
PART VIII — FINAL PROVISIONS
§ 25 Complaints
Complaints concerning the delivery of the Program are submitted by e-mail to kontakt@visioncentre.ch, operated in English and German.
A complaint should state the first name and surname of the Participant, the e-mail address given at registration, and a description of the matter.
The Organizer considers the complaint within 14 days of its receipt and notifies the Participant of the outcome by e-mail.
Matters concerning the result of a quiz, the result of the final examination or the return of a work for completion are dealt with under the shorter procedure set out in § 15, the time limits of which are adapted to the date of issue of the Certificates. Submitting a request under § 15 does not preclude the subsequent submission of a complaint.
Submitting a complaint does not affect any statutory rights of the Participant, and does not limit the time limits provided for by law.
§ 25 Complaints
Submission of complaints Complaints concerning the delivery or administration of the Program shall be submitted by e-mail to [complaints address]. The complaint should be submitted as soon as reasonably possible after the matter giving rise to the complaint becomes known to the Participant.
Required information To enable the Organizer to review the complaint efficiently, the Participant should provide their first name and surname, the e-mail address used for registration, the name or date of the relevant Program, and a clear description of the matter complained of, including any relevant supporting information or documentation.
Review and response The Organizer shall review the complaint and provide a written response within 14 days of receipt. If the matter requires additional investigation, the Organizer may extend this period by a reasonable amount and shall inform the Participant accordingly.
Complaints concerning assessments and certificates Complaints or requests concerning quiz results, final examination results, assessment of submitted work, completion requirements or the issuance of Certificates shall be handled in accordance with the specific procedure set out in § 15. Submission of such a request does not prevent the Participant from subsequently submitting a complaint concerning another aspect of the Program.
Complaints do not automatically create a right to a refund The submission or acceptance of a complaint does not, by itself, create an entitlement to a refund, reduction of the Fee or termination of the contract. Any refund, Fee reduction or other remedy shall be provided only where expressly provided for in these Terms or required by applicable mandatory law.
No refund based solely on subjective dissatisfaction or lack of individual results Unless otherwise expressly provided in these Terms or required by mandatory law, no refund or Fee reduction shall be due solely because the Participant is dissatisfied with the Program, does not complete the Program, does not attend or participate in all sessions, does not achieve their individual learning or professional objectives, or does not obtain a particular result from applying the knowledge or skills acquired through the Program.
Statutory rights Nothing in this Section limits any rights of the Participant that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable mandatory law.
§ 26 Amendments to these Terms
The Organizer may amend these Terms for important reasons, in particular a change in the law, the need to adapt the format of the Program, or the introduction of new functionalities.
Participants are notified of an amendment at least 48 hours before it takes effect.
Where an amendment is unfavourable to the Participant, the Participant may terminate the contract with immediate effect before the amendment takes effect. Where a contract in respect of the Paid Phase is terminated on that basis, the Organizer refunds the part of the Fee corresponding to the unused part of the Edition.
An amendment may not change the Fee or the scope of an Edition already paid for.
The date of the last amendment is stated at the beginning of this document.
§ 26 Amendments to these Terms
Right to amend The Organizer may amend these Terms from time to time where reasonably necessary to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, the structure or delivery of the Program, technical developments, the introduction of new functionalities, or other legitimate operational requirements.
Notice of amendments Where an amendment materially affects the rights or obligations of Participants, the Organizer shall notify Participants of the amendment at least 14 days before it takes effect, unless a shorter period is required by law or is necessary due to an urgent legal, security or technical matter.
Protection of existing bookings An amendment shall not retroactively increase the Fee or materially reduce the scope of an Edition already paid for by the Participant.
Material adverse changes If an amendment materially and adversely affects the essential contractual rights or obligations of a Participant in respect of an already paid Edition, and the change cannot reasonably be avoided or remedied by the Organizer, the Participant may terminate the affected part of the contract before the amendment takes effect. In such case, the Organizer shall refund the proportionate amount of the Fee relating to the unused part of the affected Edition.
Minor and operational changes Changes that are administrative, technical, organisational or otherwise non-material, including changes to the order of modules, examples, exercises, tools, platforms, instructors or communication channels, shall not entitle the Participant to terminate the contract or claim a refund, provided that the overall scope, quality and learning objectives of the Edition remain substantially unchanged.
Version of the Terms The date of the most recent amendment to these Terms is stated at the beginning of this document. The version applicable to the Participant's contract is the version in force at the time the contract is concluded, subject to amendments that are validly made applicable under this Section.
§ 27 Governing law and jurisdiction
The contract between the Organizer and the Participant is governed by Swiss law, pursuant to Article 120 of the Federal Act on Private International Law (IPRG). A choice of law is excluded by that provision.
Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction determined by the mandatory rules protecting consumers. These Terms do not contain any jurisdiction clause derogating from those rules.
§ 28 Language versions
These Terms are made available in English and in German.
This document is issued in English and in German, and may be issued in further language versions. The English version is the governing version. In the event of any discrepancy, inconsistency, omission, or difference in interpretation between the English version and any other language version, the English version prevails and constitutes the sole basis for interpreting this document. Other language versions are provided for convenience and have no independent interpretative effect. The foregoing does not derogate from mandatory provisions of applicable law; in particular, in a relationship with a Consumer, the language version designated by such provisions prevails to the extent required by them.
§ 29 Force majeure The Organizer is not liable for delay in, or failure of, performance where it results from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, acts of public authorities, cyber incidents or failures of external service providers. This provision does not limit the rights of the Participant under § 17.
§ 30 Severability If any provision of these Terms proves to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
§ 31 Entry into force These Terms enter into force on 1st of September 2026 and apply to the Edition commencing on 19 October 2026.
